Personal Training Sessions
- 45 minute sessions
- 60 minute sessions
Each client also receives a consultation before starting his or her training program. The trainer will evaluate the current fitness level, along with gaining more knowledge about the client’s’ specific goals, and then will design a program for you moving forward.
Outdoor Bootcamps
Weekly Bootcamp “pop ups” will happen throughout the Spring, Summer and Fall months. Our outdoor bootcamps are for all levels of fitness. They consist of Cardio, Strength, Core and Flexibility training.
