Corporate Wellness Programming

  • Personalized, Private 30-45 minute exercise class including all components of fitness:  
    • Cardiorespiratory Endurance, Flexibility, Muscular Endurance, Strength and Balance.
  • Standardized Fitness Testing and Goal setting:
    • Body fat analysis and Body Mass Index
    • Body circumference measurements
    • Weight
    • Blood Pressure
  • Lunch and Learns:
    • 30-60 minute lunch time lectures that can be based off of any health related topic that the company wants to cover.
    • For example: Smoking cessation, healthy eating habits, the importance of exercise, desk stretching, or wellness in the workplace.
  • Accountability:

I will hold your employees accountable to stay on track toward their health and fitness goals 24/7.
